The Challenge
KWB were using an out-dated dictation solution that was fast becoming obsolete. The incumbent system was not designed for mobile working with authors having to wait until they got home or in the office to dock dictation work, allowing them to send documents to the admin team for transcription.

The firm wanted a new future-proofed solution that would be designed for mobile and remote working allowing for a quicker and more streamlined documentation process.
